1. Introduction
Societies tend to maintain themselves in order to continue their existence. Society, in
its biological sense, carries out its function of producing itself by having children over
the family.  Thus, the emergence of new generation takes place through a shift between
the new generation and the old one. The transfer of the culture of a society to its next
generations is held via the process of socialization process. The transfer of the culture
from one generation to the other provides the mobility in societies’ life cycles since it
makes a storage of culture, traditions and experiences of community life (Sayın, 1990:
151). Societies have put young people in the center as the locomotive of this movement;
and by valuation of the youth societies the youth have been assumed as a key element at
transposing of the political, social and cultural capital.
So, while the young reveals their goals for his own future, the society sees the young as
a guarantee of the later generations. In this context, it should not be ignored in terms of
